Enable RIP

The RIP service has a master enable/disable toggle that must be set before RIP will operate. Enable RIP using the enable command in config-frr-rip mode:

tnsr(config)# route dynamic rip
tnsr(config-frr-rip)# enable

To disable the service, use no enable or disable.
