Enable OSPF6

The OSPF6 service has a master enable/disable toggle that must be set before OSPF6 will operate. Enable OSPF6 using the enable command in config-frr-ospf6 mode:

tnsr(config)# route dynamic ospf6
tnsr(config-frr-ospf6)# enable

To disable the service, use no enable or disable.
